The 10 products tested by the competition contain most of the quality problems that have occurred in the tubular fans: black spot impurities, missing materials, breakage, excess glue on small shafts or blades, products with printing oil, end jumps, large shaft jumps, large diameter jumps and other quality problems. Before the competition, the quality manager Foreman Cao Pejin, first for all inspectors to carry out a comprehensive flow fan inspection standards and testing methods of training, the competition process by Cao Pejin and personnel supervisor Sun Zhi together to organize the score.
